The Dillsburg area is now home to a new restaurant with a modern twist—the Greystone Brew House—located in a spot familiar to many fordecades, the Range End Golf Club.
Co-owner and chef Jason Viscount held an open house last Thursday and officially opened the restaurant’s doors on Friday.
On the menu is “modern American comfort food,” with specialties such as short ribs, brussels sprouts and crab dip. Coming soon are perogies. Greystone’s sandwiches, barbecues and Ruebens, each “have its own twist,” the owner said.
“I am happy with the good feedback,” Viscount said of the opening days, and the turnout. In addition to weddings, special events and golf outings, he plans to attract corporations for their banquets and bus groups.
