Jeremiah Stonge depends on two things to run his Dillsburg business well – efficient employees and a well-running fleet of cars.

“My business is all about whether the employee is performing well that day. If they are anxious about what’s going on with the car they’re supposed to take out tomorrow, that’s no good,” said Stonge, president of Katapult, an engineering company specializing in software for utilities and communications.
