Northern Wrestling Head Coach Josh Murray.

____Northern's new wrestling coach finds himself longing for the days of camaraderie and brotherhood amongst Polar Bear athletes.
____Ask Josh Murray, a 1997 Northern graduate, anything about the "good old days" and he'll talk for hours if you'll allow him. He fondly remembers his high school teammates and their dedication to one another and to the sports they played together.
____"My junior year, our wrestling team went 15-1 and we lost in the district team finals by three points," Murray said. "There were a lot of seniors in the class that year and they were graduating. That night in the locker room at Cumberland Valley, there were tears shed and a pact made that we'd be back next year and win it."
____Murray was so committed to wrestling that he was fully prepared to give up football. But even after Murray held out of training camp, his teammates showed up at his door and demanded his return to the football field.
